Terms of Use

AI4E ("AI4E", "we", "us") is owned and operated by Joakim Aunvik, Norway. When you create an account or purchase a subscription, you are entering into an agreement with Joakim Aunvik as the seller of the service. Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page.

By using AI4E, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you use AI4E on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization.

You may use AI4E for lawful personal or professional purposes. Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, fraud, spam, infringement of others' intellectual property, unauthorized access, interference with the service or other users, or automated scraping. Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

AI4E Pro is a recurring monthly subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, and refunds follow our Refund Policy. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current paid period.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use AI4E within your selected plan. You may not resell or redistribute the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product. You keep the rights to the prompts and details you enter; we may use generated content only as needed to provide and improve the service.

AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated results. Check facts, sources, permissions, and final work before relying on or sharing an output. You are responsible for how you use prompts, outputs, and any third-party tools we recommend. Product availability and pricing may change.

AI4E content is general educational information. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax, safety, or other professional advice and should not replace advice from a qualified professional.

We aim to keep recipes useful but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability or a particular result. To the extent permitted by law, AI4E disclaims implied warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the six months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data, or goodwill, except where the law does not allow this.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends, your account data such as bookmarks may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the courts of Norway, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
