To build your request, the text is sent to the selected AI provider.
We have not verified how long the provider keeps it.
We store only a request count with a one-way hash of your network address, to prevent abuse. Analytics never receives your text.

How Before You Ask works

You write the request the way you would naturally ask it. If something that changes the answer is missing, you get up to three short questions — each can be skipped, and skipped details stay unknown rather than guessed. If your request is already complete, it goes straight to the result. You can edit the final request before copying it.
