How we earn your trust

Editorial Policy

AI4E recommendations are guided by usefulness, repeatability, and honest limitations—not commercial relationships.

What we publish

We prioritize tasks people genuinely need to complete. Each published guide must define its intended outcome, identify the tool and tier used, include an adaptable prompt, and provide steps that a reader can follow.

Review, testing and updates

Every guide has an internal status: Draft, Reviewed or Tested. Published guides are labelled Reviewed AI-assisted guide until the workflow has actually been run end to end, the output kept and the result assessed against our criteria. That assessment is human-directed and AI-assisted, and a person checks the record before anything is published. It is not an independent or expert validation of the conclusions in the output.

Material completed runs used to evaluate a published workflow may be published when they provide useful evidence, including failures. We do not publish every internal experiment, and we never present a failed run as a pass: a failed version is labelled Tested — revision required and stays in the public test history after the guide is revised.

Reports from readers are reviewed as update signals. Material changes may lead us to revise, test or remove a recommendation.

The tool named on each guide is a Suggested starting tool, an editorial choice, until a published test passes. Then the page says Tested with and the exact model and interface. A test through a model's API is not treated as a test of the consumer app.

Commercial independence

AI4E does not sell rankings or accept payment for a favorable evaluation. A commercial relationship may affect which link is used, but never the editorial conclusion, testing standard, or order of recommendations.
